Cécile Baude, speech therapist and NonViolent Communication trainer

My Background & Philosophy

As a qualified Speech and Language Therapist from France, I have been practicing in New Zealand since 2011. My personal experience of expatriation and clinical practice within a community of bilinguals led me to specialize in the fine assessment and support of bilingual children and adults.

I attach great importance to establishing a relationship of trust with the patient and their family, promoting a playful, motivating approach centered on the specific needs of each individual.

Since 2015, I have been actively training in Nonviolent Communication (NVC) with certified trainers from New Zealand, France, Canada, Germany, the United States, and Poland.

Now a certified trainer with the CNVC (Center for Nonviolent Communication), I share this precious approach based on dialogue and empathy through collective workshops, coaching, and conflict mediation. I also serve as President of NVCANZ, the national NVC association in New Zealand.
